The Baghdad Operations Command announced on Monday the launch of a security campaign aimed at curbing the phenomenon of sports car displays and stunts in the Al-Dawoodi area in Mansour, in response to local residents' appeals. The command stated in a release that the campaign is being carried out by the Karkh Emergency Brigades Directorate, involving the setup of temporary and surprise checkpoints to monitor violating sports cars, especially those producing loud noises that disturb residents and endanger their safety in residential neighborhoods. The campaign aims to reduce this phenomenon and enforce legal measures against offenders to maintain public security and safety.
