PMF Arrests Individual Promoting Banned Ba'ath Party in Eastern Anbar

The Popular Mobilization Forces (PMF) announced Friday the arrest of an individual accused of promoting the banned Ba'ath Party in eastern Anbar province. A PMF statement reported that an intelligence force from the 27th Special Missions Brigade, collaborating with the PMF's Directorate of Intelligence and Information, apprehended the suspect for promoting the banned Ba'ath Party in Al-Karma district, east of Anbar. The arrest followed a judicial warrant, and legal procedures were completed, with the detainee referred to competent authorities.
