Medical Complex Thief Arrested in Baghdad Days After Sentence Completion

The Karkh Police Command announced Thursday the arrest of a suspect for stealing from a Baghdad medical complex. The apprehension comes just six days after the individual completed a sentence for a previous theft conviction. Under the Karkh Police Commander's supervision, Al-Khadraa Anti-Crime detachments apprehended the suspect. His identity was confirmed via the directorate's convict database, following the theft of money and medications from the medical facility. The arrest occurred less than 24 hours after his location was determined. Investigations revealed he had finished his prior theft sentence only six days earlier.
