Kurdistan finance announces depositing September salary funding amounts

Erbil The Ministry of Finance and Economy in the Kurdistan Region announced on Thursday the depositing of September salary funds into its bank account, while noting that the federal Ministry of Finance deducted specific amounts from the total salary allocations. The ministry stated in an official statement that an amount of (835,553,000,000) dinars has been deposited to finance the September salaries for employees and salary recipients in the Kurdistan Region, within the bank account of the Ministry of Finance and Economy. The ministry added that, as in previous months, the federal Ministry of Finance deducted an amount of (120,000,000,000) dinars as its share of the federal non-oil treasury revenues for September from the total salary allocations. It also pointed out that an amount of (4,961,000,000) dinars was deducted from the September salary allocations, representing the salary dues of civilian and military retirees for previous months. The ministry concluded by confirming that the salary schedule will be published during today.
