Incident in Hormuz: Tanker Struck by Projectile, Fire Extinguished

The UK Maritime Trade Operations (UKMTO) reported on Friday an incident in the Strait of Hormuz, involving a tanker hit by an unknown projectile. This caused a fire onboard the vessel, which was subsequently extinguished. Initial reports confirmed the safety of all crew members, while no environmental damage from the incident has been confirmed yet.
