Imam Hussain Shrine Declares Readiness To Treat Palestinian Patients Entirely Free Of Charge
The Holy Imam Hussain Shrine announced its complete readiness to provide comprehensive free medical care for Palestinian patients, covering all treatment and transportation expenses as part of humanitarian support for the Palestinian people. The representative of the Supreme Religious Authority, Abdul Mahdi Al-Karbalai, confirmed the initiative while receiving a Palestinian patient undergoing medical treatment at healthcare facilities run by the shrine. Al-Karbalai stated that health institutions affiliated with the shrine are fully prepared to admit patients from Palestine across diverse medical specialties, delivering necessary clinical care free of cost to assist them through harsh conditions. He emphasized that the shrine will continuously monitor all medical cases, including patients requiring multi-stage or extended treatment protocols, until achieving full recovery. Al-Karbalai also expressed satisfaction in hosting and serving Palestinian patients amid severe adversities facing residents of the Strip. This initiative extends the ongoing humanitarian programs led by the Holy Imam Hussain Shrine to offer free healthcare under the direct guidance of the Supreme Religious Authority.
