Federal Intelligence Agency denies opening volunteer recruitment for contract police
The Federal Intelligence and Investigations Agency officially denied on Friday reports regarding the opening of volunteer applications for contract police officers within its ranks. The agency clarified in an official statement that it refutes information circulated by several social media pages concerning recruitment through an online link. It urged citizens not to engage with unofficial pages or links, stressing the necessity of relying strictly on the Iraqi Ministry of Interior official website for verified announcements and information. The agency emphasized that it will pursue all necessary legal and technical measures against individuals operating these pages and impersonating the intelligence authority, in accordance with applicable laws.
