Basra Ammonia Leak: Two Dead, 114 Injured

The Ministry of Health announced Monday the final toll from the ammonia gas leak incident in Basra. The ministry reported that the event, which took place at a local factory, caused two deaths and injured 114 people, most with minor conditions. All affected individuals, it confirmed, received immediate medical attention. Furthermore, 21 cases remain hospitalized: 12 at Al-Zubair Hospital, 2 at Al-Siyab Hospital, and 7 at the Kuwaiti Hospital. The ministry added that all conditions are stable, except for one case.
