Suspect arrested in currency manipulation and financial network dismantled

An official statement explained that specialized organized crime combating units carried out a precise security operation based on accurate intelligence and intensive field tracking, resulting in the arrest of the suspect red-handed while engaging in US dollar speculation, as part of efforts targeting those involved in undermining economic security. The operation led to the seizure of substantial sums in both US dollars and the national currency in the possession of the detainee, along with forged stamps and mobile phones containing evidence of numerous illegal financial remittances. During the investigation, the suspect confessed to executing illicit financial transfers for a network distributed across various locations, exploiting exchange rate differences, and his statements were judicially ratified. The agency affirmed the continuation of intelligence and security operations to pursue individuals involved in currency speculation and illegal financial transfers.
