Regulatory procedures continue to control markets and prevent the circulation of goods that do not match specifications, according to the Central Organization for Standardization and Quality Control on Wednesday. Head of the organization Fayyad Mohammed Abd al-Dulaimi stated that monitoring operations are ongoing across borders, markets, and warehouses, though the volume and diversity of goods require continuous development of control mechanisms and enhanced coordination among relevant authorities. He emphasized the need for strict legal measures against violators to close any gaps and ensure safe, compliant products reach consumers.
