A statement from his media office affirmed Al-Zaidi's profound sympathy to the UAE for the demise of Sheikh Ahmed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, brother of Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, the Vice President, Prime Minister, and Ruler of Dubai. The Prime Minister also offered heartfelt condolences to the family and relatives, praying to Allah Almighty to grant the deceased vast mercy and forgiveness, admit him to paradise, and inspire his loved ones with patience and solace.
