Ministry of Justice Launches New Automation System at Al-Kadhimiya Real Estate Registration Directorate

The Ministry of Justice announced today, Thursday, the launch of an electronic system to automate transactions related to sales, demolition, transfers, as well as inheritance and correction procedures at the Al-Kadhimiya Second Real Estate Registration Directorate. This step is part of efforts to improve work methods, simplify procedures, and expedite transaction completion. The Director General of the Real Estate Registration Department, Ibtisam Al-Saadi, stated that the directorate has begun, concurrently with the system's implementation, electronically archiving files, records, and restrictions, which enhances work accuracy, reduces reliance on paperwork, and improves the quality of services provided to citizens. Al-Saadi also indicated that the system will gradually be expanded to all real estate registration directorates in Baghdad and the provinces according to a specific timeline, ensuring proper application and continuous service delivery. This aligns with the ministry's directives to promote digital transformation and elevate judicial services to achieve speed, accuracy, and transparency in completing real estate transactions.
