The Iraqi Judicial Institute was crowned first place among its counterparts in Arab countries, following its leadership in the Arab Excellence Shield competitions for the third time. The judiciary media announced in a statement that the results were outlined during the meeting held at the General Secretariat of the Arab League in Cairo on October 7, with the participation of twenty-three Arab judicial institutes. The meeting witnessed the presence of the Director General of the Judicial Institute, Judge Jalil Adnan Khalaf, as well as an elite group of deans and directors of judicial institutes and heads of judicial cadre rehabilitation departments in the Arab world. This step acquires qualitative significance due to the institute's work being linked to formulating and documenting excellence standards, ensuring the continuity of superiority and supporting future competitive chances. It is worth noting that this crowning represents the third time for the Iraqi institute, after winning the Arab Excellence Shield in the years two thousand and twenty-one and two thousand and twenty-three.
