Iraq Lifts Restricted Airspace Zones, Opens for Civil Aviation

The Ministry of Transport announced Friday the completion of addressing restricted zones in Iraqi airspace. During a press conference, the ministry clarified that previously restricted areas in the country's western sector have been fully acquired and are now ready for civil aviation. It added that Iraqi military airspace is no longer used for military operations.
