The Head of the Security Media Authority, Major General Saad Ma'an, emphasized that adopting modern curricula in security work reflects an advanced vision for managing the security institution. Ma'an explained that the Interior Minister, Yasser Al-Maliki, during his visit to the Personnel Security Directorate, stressed the importance of using modern curricula and advanced technical methods across various aspects of work. He pointed out that this vision goes beyond traditional methods and keeps pace with rapid developments in the nature and requirements of security work. He added that security today is not limited to field efforts alone but requires conscious management, scientific planning, effective use of technology, and continuous development of personnel capabilities to ensure accuracy in performance, speed in execution, and efficiency in decision-making. He affirmed that updating security work methods is not an optional addition but an urgent necessity to enhance security and stability, improve the level of services provided to citizens, and build a more efficient, flexible, and capable security institution to face challenges.
