Finance Ministry Sets Start Date for Rafidain Bank Loan Applications
The Ministry of Finance announced that loan applications for Rafidain Bank will begin tomorrow, Saturday, through the "Super Key" application. The ministry clarified that Rafidain Bank has completed the technical procedures and electronic linkage for the loan service, and the application link will be activated via the bank's icon in the app starting Saturday, October 24, 2026. This applies to civilian and military employees, as well as retirees whose salaries are deposited at the bank and who hold its cards. The statement indicated that applications will be accepted for five thousand requests per batch, and the link will temporarily close once the quota is reached. Bank staff will then complete administrative procedures, credit checks, and deposit loan amounts daily into the accounts of those who meet the conditions. After processing the first batch of requests, the link will reopen to accept another five thousand applications, continuing the process in the same manner. Rafidain Bank confirmed that the temporary closure of the link is an organizational measure to complete request processing and does not indicate a halt in service or the end of application opportunities. The bank urged customers to rely on official channels for application submissions and warned against responding to claims guaranteeing loan approval or expedited procedures in exchange for money, as all requests are subject to the bank's approved controls and electronic process.
