Education Minister Abdul Karim Abtan al-Jubouri and Communications Minister Mustafa Sanad discussed on Monday the mechanisms for launching an advanced electronic system. This system will utilize a secure algorithm for the instant and safe management, printing, and distribution of examination questions, thereby eliminating the need for internet disconnection. It was affirmed that this sophisticated electronic system will depend on a secure algorithm for managing, printing, and securely distributing exam questions. The Education Minister underscored the project's importance in eradicating question leakage and bolstering exam integrity, explaining that the system will create a vast, archived electronic question bank. This will enable automated printing of questions at 7 AM and their immediate digital distribution to all examination centers via a secure network. The ministers also discussed transitioning from traditional methods of preparing and retrieving questions to a highly secure, encrypted digital system. This shift is anticipated to reduce reliance on paper procedures and mitigate security risks associated with question handling and storage. Furthermore, both ministers affirmed the project will minimize human effort in question storage, guarding, and transportation, while also negating the need to cut internet service during exams. They highlighted the importance of developing cybersecurity infrastructure to ensure data protection and system stability throughout the examination period, thereby enhancing the efficiency and transparency of the educational process.
