Al Rafidain Bank launches electronic advances for employees and retirees

Al Rafidain Bank announced on Monday the commencement of providing electronic advances for employees and retirees whose salaries are officially deposited with the bank. This step came within a comprehensive package of new financial and banking services launched under the auspices of the Minister of Finance, in alignment with governmental directives aimed at modernizing the banking sector and supporting the digital transformation path. The Finance Minister's field visit to inspect the work included holding meetings with administrative leadership, as well as inspecting customer service departments, the business class branch, treasury units, and cash counting and sorting units to monitor the quality of provided services. The new service package included launching electronic advances for eligible holders of the bank's cards, alongside opening the business class branch dedicated to providing advanced banking facilities meeting global standards. The package also included activating online banking services and launching instant SMS notification systems for withdrawal and deposit transactions across ninety-six branches implementing the unified electronic system, with ongoing plans to include the remaining branches successively.
