Trump gives Tehran two critical options and confirms file ends soon

US President Donald Trump announced early Thursday the nature of Washington's options in dealing with the Iranian leadership. This came in response to a question regarding the possibility of reaching an agreement with Iranian officials he previously described as crazy, explaining that options are limited to either moving towards a bombing option or reaching a settlement, considering that making a decision on this matter has become necessary. He indicated that the time allotted to reach an agreement with the Iranian side is running out, affirming that this file will be resolved very soon in one way or another. He pointed out that Iran is facing numerous crises at the present time represented by a scarcity of funds, the collapse of currency and economy, as well as the deterioration of the army and the absence of naval and air forces. He noted the existence of fierce conflicts among Iranian leaders to impose control, questioning the usefulness of control under the current situation. Regarding the response to Tehran following its involvement in the incident at the Fairford base in Britain managed by Washington, he confirmed that the US administration is currently studying the situation and will respond very soon.
