Strait of Hormuz: Threat Level Raised to "Severe" as Iran Warns Against Provocation

In a briefing, the centre clarified that continuous navigation persists through the northern and southern passages, with no vessels diverted to the Omani route. It also reported ongoing Iranian Revolutionary Guard Corps attacks, drone activity, and radio calls targeting ships. Concurrently, informed Iranian sources quoted officials affirming that Strait of Hormuz navigation operates according to Tehran's security arrangements, cautioning that any provocative US action would be met with an immediate and decisive response.
