Retirement Commission finalizes preparations for October pensions disbursement

The General Commission for Retirement announced on Thursday the completion of all procedures for raising retirees' salaries for the month of October. The Deputy Head of the Commission, Hussam Abdul Sattar, stated in an official statement that, based on directives from the Minister of Finance, the functional cadres continued working during the National Sovereignty Day holiday. Abdul Sattar added that preparations regarding retirees' salaries for October 2026 have been finalized in coordination with the Accounting Department, noting that all necessary data has been sent to the banks to proceed with disbursement procedures.
