President, Parliament Speaker Affirm Importance of Cabinet Completion

President Nizar Aamedi and Parliament Speaker Haibat Al-Halbousi on Tuesday affirmed the necessity of promptly completing the ministerial cabinet. This step aims to meet citizens' aspirations and enhance the efficiency of governmental performance. In this context, President Aamedi met Speaker Al-Halbousi in Baghdad, where the two officials discussed recent developments on the national scene along with several national files and issues. During their meeting, both sides underscored the importance of strengthening cooperation and coordination between the Presidency and Parliament to solidify political stability across the country. They also reiterated the urgent need to finalize the ministerial cabinet, which serves the public interest and elevates the level of government efficiency.
