Diyar Saleh, a member of the committee, stated in a press release that "the government has the capability to confine arms to its hand," explaining that "what Saraya al-Salam and Asa'ib Ahl al-Haq have done represents a vital and very important initiative in this direction." He added that the committee looks forward to all other factions following suit with this initiative, due to its significant positive impact on supporting state institutions and enhancing stability. He stressed that the integration of individuals from these factions into the formations of the Ministries of Interior and Defense is the best option for them, as they are citizens of this country and can serve their homeland through official institutions, effectively contributing to the unity of Iraq.
