In a social media post yesterday, Thursday, Admiral Azmaei clarified that "the Strait of Hormuz is closed, and our control over all movements within it is complete and decisive, with no movement escaping the vigilance of IRGC naval fighters." The IRGC Navy commander reiterated that the truth regarding the strait's status "must be witnessed in the field, not in official American statements."
