Iraq International Youth Film Festival Concludes with Wide Attendance

The second edition of the Iraq International Youth Film Festival concluded in Baghdad, sponsored by the Iraqi Media Network, with notable official and artistic attendance.

The closing ceremony was attended by festival president Dr. Ahmed Al-Mabriq, executive and artistic director Khaled Al-Zahraw, and head of the Iraqi Artists Syndicate Dr. Jabbar Joudi, along with filmmakers and artists.

The festival president أكد that the event successfully established itself as a platform supporting young talents, highlighting Iraq’s rich diversity of themes inspiring cinematic creativity.

He added that young filmmakers demonstrated strong potential and the ability to reflect societal aspirations through their work.

He also praised the Iraqi Media Network for its continuous coverage and commended the jury committees for their professional evaluation of participating films.
