Iranian Army Declares Proactive Attack Strategy Against "Separatists" in Iraqi Kurdistan

Brigadier General Akrami Nia, the army spokesman, stated they would launch a preemptive war or operation if an imminent enemy attack is confirmed. Akrami Nia clarified this proactive strategy was applied during the war, targeting separatist positions in Iraqi Kurdistan. He also added that the passage of few ships and small oil quantities through Hormuz is not denied, but is negligible compared to pre-war levels.
