Iran: Hormuz Strait to Be Managed Under Our Rules with Oman

Iranian official Ebrahim Rezaei said Tehran will manage navigation in the Strait of Hormuz under its own laws and in coordination with Oman.

He added that Iran is discussing a strategic law to secure the strait.

He stressed that no “hostile” vessel will pass without regulation.

He noted the current phase marks a turning point in the strait’s history.

Meanwhile, Fatemeh Mohajerani said the strait is a key geopolitical reality.

She emphasized Iran’s continued resilience.
