Iran claims downing US fighter jet and five aircraft in one day

The Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps announced it downed a US fighter jet and five aircraft in a single day.

The statement said air defenses destroyed drones and cruise missiles across multiple locations.

It reported shooting down MQ-9 drones over Isfahan and another drone over Bushehr.

It also claimed the destruction of an advanced fighter jet in central Iran.
