Iran Affirms Continued Strikes Against US Targets Until Hormuz Stability
The Commander of the Aerospace Force of the Iranian Revolutionary Guard, Majid Mousavi, affirmed that his country will continue to target American positions until calm is restored in the strategic Strait of Hormuz. Mousavi's statements came in a Friday declaration, where he emphasized that Iran considers every inch of its territory an integral part of the homeland. Mousavi added that the entire region, from the capital Tehran to the far south of the country, constitutes a single geographical unit for Tehran. He further stated: "Our effective and precise strikes against the enemy will continue from various parts of Iran, until stability returns to the southern coasts and the vital Strait of Hormuz." This comes as the U.S. Central Command (CENTCOM) announced on Thursday the completion of a new wave of strikes inside Iranian territory. The United States has been launching attacks on several areas in Iran for days, while Tehran responds by targeting what it describes as American objectives.
