Grossi Urges Iran to Cooperate on Nuclear Program Issues

Director General of the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), Rafael Grossi, urged Iran to resume cooperation with the agency to clarify outstanding issues concerning its nuclear program. Grossi stated the agency "is again extending its hand to Iran to work with us in clarifying these nuclear matters," noting that the IAEA will consider "Iran's security concerns" upon resuming its operations there. He further explained that the agency acknowledges the difficult regional situation due to the ongoing conflict in the Middle East, stressing that "trust and stability will only be achieved if we work together again."
