The US Treasury announced a historic move to include President Donald Trump’s signature on banknotes.
The decision marks the 250th anniversary of US independence.
The first $100 bills with the new signature will be printed in June.
They will also include Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent’s signature.
Officials confirmed that the overall design of the currency will remain unchanged.
For the first time in 165 years, the Treasurer’s signature will be removed.
The move represents a symbolic shift in US currency policy.
