Financial and banking coordination discussed during official government meeting in capital

Deputy Prime Minister Laith Al-Khazali emphasized during his meeting with Central Bank Governor Nizar Nasser Hussein on Monday the necessity of strengthening joint cooperation between various government institutions and the central bank. The meeting discussed mechanisms to support financial and monetary stability in the country, as well as enhancing paths of economic development and serving higher national interests. The central bank governor offered his congratulations on the occasion of Al-Khazali assuming his new duties, wishing him success in fulfilling his responsibilities, while the Deputy Prime Minister expressed his thanks and appreciation for this official visit and congratulation.
