Finance Minister Announces Inclusion of Contract Staff Permanent Appointment in 2027 Budget

Minister of Finance Faleh Sari announced today, Sunday, the inclusion of a provision for the permanent appointment of contract employees within the 2027 federal general budget project. Sari affirmed, during a meeting of the Higher Committee for Budget Preparation, the incorporation of the contract and daily wage earners file into the upcoming federal budget project. He pointed out that this measure resulted from continuous work by specialized Ministry departments, which involved inventorying numbers and data, calculating the financial costs associated with their permanent appointment, and securing the necessary financial allocations. The Finance Minister also explained that the Ministry handled this file with high responsibility, working to complete its financial and technical requirements, thereby transitioning it from the demand phase to the stage of official procedures by including it in the federal general budget project.
