Dhi Qar Governor Haitham Al-Hamdani announced the recovery of 6 billion dinars and referral of over 50 employees to the judiciary. Al-Hamdani revealed these funds were retrieved, alongside holding employees accountable for sums exceeding 20 billion dinars. He detailed forming over 200 investigative committees against staff, issuing 100 penalties, and referring over 50 employees for legal action. The governor added an electronic platform and barcode system is now used for citizens' land plot transactions to prevent extortion and expedite completion.
