Construction and Development Coalition Rejects Parliamentary Accusations: Lacking Evidence, They Hold No Value

Nasser Turki, a lawmaker representing the Construction and Development Coalition, responded Wednesday to parliamentary statements concerning the responsibility of an accused individual in an election campaign. Turki asserted that these accusations lack evidence and documentation, rendering them baseless. He stated that "it is regrettable to see some MPs emerge to position themselves as rivals to the Construction and Development bloc, leveling accusations and making claims without any proof or supporting documents." He further added that "whoever attempts to mislead the public must understand that a loud voice often raises suspicion, and they should maintain calm," stressing that "the measure of integrity lies in the decisions and procedures of the judiciary, which we greatly respect." Turki concluded that "a parliamentarian's statements regarding the coalition's election campaign are worthless, as they lack evidence and proof," noting that the coalition internally refers to such stances as "theorist and politically impoverished."
