CNN Iran rebuilds military base faster pace than expected
CNN reported, citing sources familiar with US intelligence assessments, that Iran is working to rebuild its military-industrial base at a faster pace than initially expected.
The sources stated that Iran has already resumed some of its drone production during the ceasefire period, along with rebuilding its military capabilities, which include replacing missile sites and launchers, and restarting production lines for major weapons systems damaged during the war.
The estimates added that Iran could be able to restore its full capacity to conduct drone attacks within only six months, noting that Tehran has exceeded all timelines set by intelligence agencies to rebuild its capabilities.
According to the report, American assessments indicate that Iran was able to mitigate the impact of the strikes that targeted its military infrastructure, while some officials believe that the damage caused by the United States and Israel did not reach the planned level.
