Civil Defense Successfully Extinguishes Large Fuel Leak Fire in Dora with No Casualties

The Civil Defense Directorate announced on Wednesday that its teams successfully extinguished a large fire. The blaze erupted near the entrance to Hay al-Seha district, on the Dora highway, adjacent to a fuel station, with no human casualties reported. The Directorate stated the fire was caused by kerosene leaking due to a fuel tanker driver's negligence in failing to close main valves. This resulted in the oil material spilling onto the district's entrance ramp before igniting. The incident caused material damage to a restaurant's facade and a minor part of the tanker. Six specialized firefighting teams fully controlled and extinguished the flames, confirming no injuries or fatalities were recorded.
