Broad Praise for Tourism Ministry Independence Decision and Its Positive Domestic Impact

The administrative board of the Al-Rafidain Association for Tourism Promotion congratulated Prime Minister Ali Al-Zaidi on completing the government cabinet, and praised Minister of Tourism and Antiquities Ali Abdul-Hadi Al-Dakhil for assuming his new official duties. The association expressed its appreciation for the efforts of Al-Zaidi and relevant authorities in separating the Ministry of Tourism and Antiquities into an independent entity, highlighting its essential role in revitalizing the national tourism sector. Meanwhile, the head of the association, Dawoud Shammo, commended the governmental decision, noting that it directly supports the sustainability and development of tourism across Iraq. Shammo added that the association had previously demanded this separation, emphasizing that the decision will generate positive domestic and international impacts while promoting Iraq's historical, religious, and cultural landmarks.
