Aramco has instructed its employees to evacuate its main headquarters in Dhahran and switch to remote work, marking an unprecedented move since the start of the Iranian conflict. This decision followed a recent attack by the Yemeni Houthi group on the company's premises earlier this month, causing extensive damage across several floors. The headquarters houses an operations center that oversees onshore and offshore oil platforms, refineries, export terminals, and thousands of kilometers of pipelines. In a separate incident, two people were killed after Saudi air defenses intercepted a drone attempting to target a facility in the Shaybah oil field. The Kingdom responded with strikes on Houthi missile launch sites, affirming its commitment to national security and its interception of numerous ballistic missiles launched by the group.
