Al Zaidi and Al Halbousi emphasize necessity national unity complete government

The heads of the Ministers Council, Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi, and the Representatives Council, Heibat Al-Halbousi, emphasized on Wednesday the necessity of national ranks unity and prioritizing the supreme national interest to complete the government lineup.

The media office of the Prime Minister stated in a statement received by (Al-Rabiya) that "the Prime Minister Ali Faleh Al-Zaidi received, on Wednesday, the Speaker of the Parliament Heibat Hamad Al-Halbousi, and they discussed the general situation in the country, emphasizing the importance of integrated work between the executive and legislative authorities to proceed with enacting laws supporting the implementation of the government program priorities and achieving the aspirations of the Iraqi people."

Both sides stressed "the necessity of national ranks unity, maintaining dialogues and understandings among political forces, and prioritizing the supreme national interest to complete the government lineup and enable the government to perform its constitutional duties to enhance the path of reform, development, and service provision, meeting the requirements of the current stage."
