Al-Sadr Calls for Gulf Security with Neighbors: No Foreign Bases, No Conflicts, Especially with Iran

Muqtada al-Sadr, leader of the National Shiite Current, offered condolences Monday on the passing of Qatar's former emir. He also expressed wishes for the Arabian Gulf to enjoy security and peaceful coexistence with neighboring states.
