Al-Atroushi and Al-Hamdani stress coordination importance for effective response to citizens needs Baghdad

The Second Deputy Speaker of the Council of Representatives, Farhad Al-Atroushi, and the Chairman of the Baghdad Provincial Council, Ammar Al-Hamdani, emphasized Wednesday the importance of coordination to achieve an effective response to citizens' needs. Al-Hamdani's office stated that he received Al-Atroushi at the council headquarters, noting that the meeting discussed ways to enhance cooperation between the Baghdad Provincial Council and the Council of Representatives as prominent legislative authorities at the local and federal levels. This aims to strengthen the integration of oversight and legislative roles in supporting service and development projects in the capital, Baghdad. Both sides stressed the importance of continued joint coordination and unifying efforts to overcome obstacles in implementing service plans, achieving effective responses to citizens' needs, and enhancing institutional performance to positively reflect on the service reality in Baghdad.
